Dr. Islam Mohamed Mahmoud is a staff member at the University of Khartoum. She is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management Studies, Department of Business Administration. She specialises in feasibility studies, business planning, modelling and financing of climate and renewable energy. She has also worked as a project manager and management consultant on multidisciplinary projects, preparing feasibility studies, business plans, monitoring and evaluation plans, and concepts notes (in banking, services, climate change, industry, agribusiness, and energy). Her areas of expertise include business development, climate and renewable energy finance, business statistics, and quantitative methods for decision making.
